As far as its manufacture is concerned, after a first firing of the clay at low temperature, reactive enamels of different colours are applied to the stoneware and give it a unique relief and a pearly effect. The appearance of nuances of colour from one piece to another is the result of a skilful mix of firing techniques and the way the enamel is applied.
